Tour prices:
include accommodation based on double occupancy; domestic air and ground transportation, meals, sightseeing and transfers as described; hotel taxes, entrance fees for included sightseeing; the services of the
SWELLWELLTRAVEL director; baggage handling and all necessary gratuities for porters, housekeepers, dining room servers for included meals and local guides.
Not Included in Tour Prices:
Airfare from your hometown to your gateway city; cost of visa can be obtained at arrival; personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, room service and meals not specified; excess baggage fees; communication charges; airport, port departure taxes; gratuities to your SWELLWELLTRAVEL director and bus driver(s), which are at your discretion; and optional sightseeing or excursions.
Reservation & Payment:
A deposit of 10% per person is required for reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 65 days before departure. Payment may be made by bank transfer (transfer cost to be borne by you). Total balance of your invoice is due 65 days prior to departure. Full payment required for reservation made within 65 days of departure. The remaining balance of the tour fee is due upon arrival at one of our office. Payment is required to transfer to our bank account.
Pre-Departure
After reserving your tour, you will receive a pre-departure mailing that includes a detailed itinerary, information on health and visa requirements will be provided by guest.
Cancellations & Refunds
You will receive a full refund for any cancellations made up to 65 days before departure. If you must cancel your trip, the effective date of cancellation will be upon our receipt of your written notification. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following per person charges:

Please note that we will not refund the cost of any unused portion of your tour package. If for any reason SWELL TRAVEL cancels your tour, you will receive a complete refund of all payments you have made to us.
Reservation Changes:
We will not charge you for any changes made to your reservation outside of 65 days before departure. Within 65 days, should there be any change to your departure city, departure date, or optional pre- or post- tour extension that results in fees or penalties imposed by third parties, those charges will be passed along to you. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you change the date of your tour and subsequently cancel, cancellation penalties will be based upon your original tour departure date.
Health & Immigration:
You should familiarize yourself with any health and visa requirements. Though information will be mailed in the pre-departure package, you are responsible for all exits, entries, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements.
Travel Documents:
A valid passport of at least 6 months and a visa are required. Please have ready passport sized photos for any applicable visa application.
Responsibility:
The liability of SWELL TRAVEL is strictly limited. In no event will SWELL TRAVEL be liable for amounts in excess of the amount payable to it in accordance to the terms hereunder, nor will it be liable for any consequential indirect or incidental damages arising from this agreement.
SWELL TRAVEL purchases transportation, hotel accommodation, restaurant and other services from independent suppliers not under our control. We serve only as agents for these suppliers in securing tour arrangements, and therefore will not accept the responsibility or liability for wrongful, negligent, or arbitrary acts or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives, SWELL TRAVEL is not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay that may be caused by events not within our control, including without limitation, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, or negligence or default of any third party. All coupons, receipts and conditions are specified by the independent suppliers.
SWELL TRAVEL reserves the right to correct errors in brochure pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation or remove a person from a tour if it is determined by the tour director to be in the best interest of the health, safety, and well being of the other travelers. We will make every effort to operate our tours as planned, but we reserve the right to make itinerary changes as necessary. If unforeseen circumstances require us to change hotel, we will select alternative accommodation of the same or better quality.
The foregoing terms and conditions and all aspects of the relationship between SWELL TRAVEL and you shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any litigation involving your tour shall be brought only to the courts of Indonesia.
